Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 days.

Some deliveries will occur on weekends. While the country is still experiencing effects of COVID-19 deliveries may be delayed. We are working hard to keep our schedule with high volume demands and the delays that have not been in our control.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping in the USA is estimated delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks. Delivery is free in the USA.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a tracking number after the product has been shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

FoxaCork is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

FoxaCork is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
